| Job Title: Project - Manager Job Family: M - Manager Job Summary. Responsible to plan, direct and manage all the activities, processes and day-to-day operations within an assigned project to ensure that the execution is in accordance with the project plans and budgets. Primary Duties & Responsibilities 01 Provides general management, operational & technical direction to subordinates with regards to the various aspects & phases of the project to ensure professional and timely execution of the project within the allocated resources and budgets. 02 Supervises the technical department in providing the detailed shop-drawings for projects. 03 Ensures that the material supplies are in accordance with project specifications, requirements and conditions. 04 Ensures that material quantities and specifications in accordance with the project agreement and that these quantities are delivered on time. 05 Checks and ensures that the project management team is working in harmony and is focused on executing the project within allocated specifications, requirements, time and approved budget. 06 Ensures that the daily and weekly planning schedules are prepared and adhered to by the project management team. 07 Monitors and resolves any issues or notifications raised by the Management concerning project exeuction. 08 Ensures smooth flow of work in the project without any hindrances and problems. 09 Ensures that consultants are performing their reviews and approvals on the various phases and areas of the project as per its plan to make sure it will be excuted in an efficient and timely manner. 10 Conducts meetings with project management team on regular basis to discuss areas of concern and review progress and resolve any issues.
