Reports to: Workshop Foreman
Responsibility for:
Repair miscallaneous types of Tamping Machines (Plasser and Theurer/ Matisa)

Requirements:
Previous experience in repairing Tamping Machines (Plasser and Theurer (series 07, 08, 09) or Matisa is essential
ITI Certificate in Electrical or Mechanical subjects is essential
Vocational Training or On-the-Job is preferred
Good command of English
Ability to work effectively and add value as a team member.
Able to work under pressure
Demonstrated technical knowledge.
Strong problem solving skills: ability to assess a problem and determine an effective course of action.

Normal Construction Hours: 8 hrs a day (possible 2hrs. overtime), 6 days a week
