My client is a respected European Consultancy located in offices around Europe and the Middle East. Primarily dealing with industry, energy, infrastructure and transport, my client is seeking a Senior Roads/Highway Engineer for the site supervision of a 10km road in downtown Riyadh. This includes a 1.5km stretch of openly built tunnel, including related structures. The project is scheduled to last 3 years.

The successful candidate will be educated to a minimum of Bachelor's level from a reputable European university and ideally be chartered. A strong background on site with roads and tunnels experience would be highly sought after. Previous Middle East experience is preferred. The successful candidate would be required on site in Riyadh by the start of August 2009 at the latest.

The basic salary available is between x20AC;6000 and x20AC;7500 tax free per month dependant on experience. An accommodation allowance, transport allowance, healthcare, insurance, and 2 return tickets to the home destination is also included in the package. 4 weeks are allocated for vacation time however this would taken as unpaid annual leave.
