Pediatric Occupational Therapist

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Education: BS Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution (U.S. standard or equivalent) plus the required clinical internship for professional registration. Post-graduate courses are desirable but not mandatory. A current license to practice Occupational Therapy is required. Experience: 2 years specializing in pediatrics DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES A. Provides Occupational Therapy services to pediatric (0- 14 yrs of age) patients with a range of physical and cognitive impairments and disabilities. B. Reviews patient records, performs patient assessment, establishes functional goals and designs a treatment plan in collaboration with the patient and family. C. Provides intervention in accordance with the physician's orders and established plan of care. I...
