•The appointed paralegal will provide legal support in immigration cases from initial stages through to tribunal representation, advising clients on asylum, visa extensions, appeals, and other immigration matters.
•The successful legal professional will be responsible for preparing and submitting applications, statements, and supporting documents, and must have proven experience as a Level 2 immigration caseworker.
•Advocacy experience is desirable but not essential, and you should have a strong understanding of immigration law and legal processes, the ability to manage a high caseload and multiple matters, along with excellent communication and organisational skills.
