-Responsible in creating employee profiles in SuccessFactors as part of onboarding.
-Handle various aspect of tasks in the employee lifecycle in accordance with government and legal legislation, regulations and company policies.
-Issue lifecycle letters such as Letters of Appointment, Addendums, Promotion Letters, Internal Appointments, Contract Renewal, Re-employment, Assignment Letters etc.
-Support in work pass application, renewal, cancellation, and replacement.
-Work with various departments to improve and automate processes for better employee experience.
-Involve in automation and improving existing processes in the department.
-Prepare HR Operations reports and dashboards.
-Handle queries from People Partners and other departments.
-Handle assigned duties that arise from the daily operation
Skills for Success:
-Currently pursuing Diploma in Human Resource, Business Management / Administration
