Are you an experienced HR professional looking for a busy, varied role in a global organisation?

We’re seeking a Senior HR Advisor to provide advice and support across the full employee lifecycle, working with managers and employees across multiple business divisions.

This is a high-volume, hands on role where you’ll handle day-to-day HR queries, manage documentation, and act as a key link between HR, managers, and employees.

It’s a great opportunity to step into a visible and impactful role, with clear progression routes into HR BP and Managment roles.

What you’ll be doing:

- Providing HR advice to managers on absence, performance, capability, and employee relations cases.
- Preparing contracts, amendments, and HR documentation, ensuring compliance with policies and legislation.
- Supporting recruitment administration, onboarding, and right-to-work checks.
- Coordinating training, performance reviews, and talent cycle activities.
- Managing HR systems and dashboards to maintain accurate records and reporting.
- Acting as a trusted point of contact for managers, escalating complex ER cases if and when needed.
- Identifying process improvements and contributing to a culture of continuous improvement.
-What we’re looking for:

- 3–5 years’ HR experience in an advisory, ER, or generalist role.
- Background in a large corporate or multinational / multi site environment
- Previous experience working in a High Volume environment.
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR processes.
- Confident communicator, able to engage effectively with stakeholders up to Director level.
- Highly organised, resilient, and comfortable managing a high caseload.
- Proficient with HRIS (e.g. Workday, SAP, SuccessFactors, iTrent) and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- CIPD qualification desirable but not essential.
- Driving licence required – must be mobile for occasional site travel.

If this role feels like it has the experience you have and the ideal next step for you to progress and continue to progress, we look forward to receiving your CV / Application.
