YOUR ROLE:
As a Compliance Tax Senior , you'll:

Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring accurate corporate tax computations and timely submissions to HMRC.

Keep clients informed on corporate tax developments and legislative changes.

Mentor and review the work of junior colleagues, providing coaching and technical guidance.

Identify and resolve complex tax issues, liaising with in-house experts where needed.

Support clients with group reporting and tax audit matters, maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.

Plan workflows, manage team performance, and foster career development for junior staff.

Maintain high-quality standards and follow best practices, enhancing the firm's reputation for technical excellence.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

ATT qualification (CTA or ACA/ACCA desirable or in progress).

Minimum 3 years' experience in tax compliance within an accountancy practice.

Strong technical knowledge of UK corporate tax legislation and compliance standards.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Reliable, proactive, and passionate about delivering high-quality client service.
