Are you passionate about interiors, home décor, and delivering outstanding customer service? Step into a role where your advice and expertise help customers transform their homes.
YOUR ROLE:
* Welcome customers in the showroom, providing expert advice on curtains, blinds, shutters, and flooring.
* Measure customers' homes accurately and provide tailored quotations.
* Complete sales and process payments efficiently.
* Manage telephone and email enquiries, ensuring timely and professional responses.
* Place supplier orders, receipting deliveries, and maintaining accurate stock and administrative records.
* Assist with general admin tasks, filing, emailing, cashing up, and light cleaning duties to keep the showroom welcoming.
* Drive to customer homes and supplier locations as required - a full UK driving licence is essential.
* Participate in formal and informal training to develop your skills.
