We are looking for a highly organised and proactive individual to join us as a Personal Assistant, within a national policing unit.

You will provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to the ACRO Senior Management Team.
This role involves managing correspondence, maintaining records, producing a variety of documents, organising meetings and conferences, and supporting senior managers with diary and travel arrangements. You’ll also handle confidential information with discretion, take accurate meeting minutes, and assist with report writing and office supply management.
Personal qualities to include a positive “can do” attitude, thinking ahead and resolving issues efficiently and calmly while being comfortable with changing priorities and able to response quickly to new demands.
Confidence with using office software, digital tools and managing virtual communications is desirable and the ability to build strong working relationships and collaborate effectively with people at all levels is essential.
This role is primarily office-based, however occasional remote working may be considered, provided adequate office coverage is maintained across the team.

Essential Qualifications
-Educated to QCF level 2 at least 5 passes, including English OR A Level OR work experience deemed to have brought the role holder to a comparable level.
Essential Experience
-Extensive secretarial or administrative experience in a responsible position calling for use of complex record keeping systems.
-Experience of working with Senior Managers.
-Extensive experience of word processing applications and proficient in document layout.
