Job summary:
Responsible for EHS activities, establishing policies and rules based on Country Regulations and Corporate Standards, developing and implementing strategies, plans and programs to drive safety and environmental culture, supervising execution of Technical-Administrative area processes in order to assure effectiveness and efficiency of operations addressed to prevent accidents, occupational illness and environmental incidents.
Job Functions:

-Coordinate EHS Activities
-Define, Lead and Implement EHS Strategic Master Plan and Annual activity Schedule
-Develop action plans and KPI's to meet EHS Objectives
-Ensure the implementation and compliance of EHS standards and local regulations related to "Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo" and Environment
-Provide support to Plants in the implementation of EHS policies, standards or strategies "Incidentally / Accidentally Trend analysis to ensure that corrective actions are implemented through a monitoring program"
-Preparation of Local and Corporate Reports of EHS
-Conduct monthly inspections, annual internal audit and follow-up on corrective actions
-Prepare budget and control expenses of EHS and Recycling areas
-Lead the water and waste reduction programs for the site
-Prepare and Lead the Safety and Environment campaigns
-Prepare the environmental license
-Review projects on topics related to Safety and Environment (Management Of Change)
-Support Contractor's Security program
-Accomplish with the Management System of safety and Health at Work "SGSST" as required according to position.
Requirements & Qualifications:
-Industrial, chemical, environmental or related engineering degree
-5 to 7 years of experience in Manufacturing Process (Ideally EHS)
-3 years of experience with People Management
-Specialization in occupational safety
-Advanced level of English
