Who are we looking for?

The Service & Spare Parts Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and developing technical assistance and spare parts activities, with the aim of ensuring excellent customer service, increasing turnover and contributing to business growth through customer loyalty and the acquisition of new customers. The candidate will lead a team dedicated to service interventions, manage spare parts sales, and supervise the execution of operational and commercial activities in accordance with company policies.

What will you be doing?
-Provide comprehensive leadership in the planning, organisation, measurement and monitoring of the activities of the Service and Spare Parts department. 
-Prepare commercial offers for technical assistance and spare parts supplies. 
-Manage the intervention schedule, technical staff travel and after-sales assistance activities. 
-Prepare technical and financial reports at the end of installations or interventions at customer sites. 
-Develop, manage and consolidate the customer portfolio, ensuring high standards of satisfaction. 
-Increase sales through the acquisition of new customers and the commercial development of existing customers. 
-Monitor programmes and procedures to ensure timely deliveries, correct order progress and process tracking in SAP. 
-Provide constant feedback to management on operational issues, critical issues and opportunities for improvement. 
-Support the implementation of new technologies, process digitalisation and continuous workflow improvement.
-Monitor appropriate performance indicators, promoting productivity and operational excellence.
-Collaborate with the technical, production and sales departments to coordinate activities.

What competencies will you need?

Education and/or experience: 

-At least 5 years of progressive experience in customer service and after-sales management, preferably in the industrial or manufacturing sector. 
-Experience in team management and coordination of operational resources. 
-Experience in import/export activities. 
Technical skills: 

-Ability to use SAP and IT tools for order management, accounting and reporting. 
-Basic technical knowledge of industrial plants, machinery or products. 
-Excellent command of Microsoft Office suite. 
Interpersonal and organisational skills: 

-Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills with internal and external stakeholders at all levels. 
-Leadership and coordination skills for multifunctional teams. 
-Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively and independently. 
-Strong aptitude for teamwork and cross-functional collaboration. 
-Focus on problem solving and continuous improvement. 
Languages: 

-Fluent Italian and English (essential requirement). 
-Knowledge of a third language is an advantage, particularly German. 

We are Offering...

Permanent contract. National Collective Labour Agreement for the Metalworking Industry with a second-level contract equivalent to that of the Chemical Industry. Company computer and mobile phone provided.
