At Triad Financial Services, we are looking for our Customer Service Representatives to have the following skills and experience:
Experience: 1-2 years customer service experience preferably in the mortgage industry Escrow account knowledge Skills: MSP/Blacknight, MS Office: Excel, Word, Outlook, Able to navigate across network, Windows PC proficient Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers Professional and welcoming phone etiquette required Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines and standard practices High school diploma or GED required Ability to abide by a strict attendance policy
Triad offers an excellent compensation package with hourly rates that begin at $21.25 /hour. There is a monthly incentive of up to $500.00 and a Career Path, based off performance. This will be an in-office position.
