SABIC is op zoek naar Chemische Procesoperators voor de PPE fabriek in Bergen op Zoom

SABIC Bergen op Zoom is per direct opzoek naar enthousiaste procesoperators. Wat ga je doen als procesoperator bij SABIC? Je houdt je bezig met het bewaken van de voortgang van het productieproces en grijpt in waar nodig. Voorop staat de veiligheid van jezelf en jouw collega’s, onze processen en de omgeving. Daarnaast zal je intern opgeleid worden tot allround-operator, dat wil zeggen dat je alle ins en outs van de PPE fabriek leert kennen! Je zal onderdeel zijn van een hecht team van collega’s.
Jouw belanrijkste taken
-Je bedient de procesinstallaties op een veilige en milieubewuste manier.
-Je signaleert procesafwijkingen en grijpt in waar nodig.
-Je bewaakt de kwaliteit en de procedures. Dit doe je voor je eigen veiligheid en die van anderen.
-Je neemt deel aan verbeterprojecten voor de optimalisatie van het productieproces.
-Je zorgt er als ploeg voor dat onderbrekingen in de productie worden voorkomen of beperkt blijven.
-Je plant en organiseert de werkzaamheden op je dienst. Dit doe je door nauw samen te werken met collega’s.
Dit breng jij mee
-Een afgeronde opleiding Proces Operator B of Proces Operator C (of gelijkwaardig) met relevante chemische ervaring
-Minimaal VCA-basis certificering; of bereid deze binnen 2 maanden te behalen via SABIC.
-Je hebt sterk analytisch en probleemoplossend vermogen en bent resultaatgericht en stressbestendig
-Je hebt sterke sociale vaardigheden, kunt anderen motiveren en enthousiasmeren.
-Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal goed en hebt kennis van de Engelse taal

-Een aantrekkelijk salaris binnen de zeer goed betaalde chemische sector, 13e maand, vakantiegeld en een uitstekende pensioenregeling
-Boven op je salaris een ploegentoeslag van 26,5%
-Optimale verlofregelingen; naast je vakantiedagen ontvang je een persoonlijk budget (5,1% van het jaarsalaris) welke te besteden is voor uitbetaling, extra verlof en persoonlijke ontwikkeling
-Een extra variabele beloning tot 3% per jaar
