The Role
* Lead the team: Manage a team of warehouse assistants, ensuring smooth daily operations.
* Optimise stock: Implement efficient stock control strategies, from inbound to outbound.
* Ensure accuracy: Oversee accurate picking, packing, and shipping processes.
* Drive efficiency: Continuously improve warehouse workflows and productivity.
* Maintain compliance: Adhere to ISO9001 standards and health and safety regulations.
Skills and Qualifications
* Proven leadership: Experience managing teams and driving results.
* Warehouse expertise: Strong knowledge of warehouse management principles.
* Forklift skills: A valid forklift license or willingness to obtain one.
* Attention to detail: A keen eye for accuracy and efficiency.
