Our client, a global material technology company, is looking for a freelance Senior Talent Acquisition Officer to support the increased hiring needs. They have a production site close to Antwerp where they need a mix of profiles, blue and white color, and from engineering to project managers. You will manage the process from A to Z and have more variety in the role. You can work closely with the hiring managers which will be more interesting.

Role Responsibilities:
* Lead and shape recruitment strategy for 20-25 open vacancies, aligning with the company's mission to improve sustainability.
* Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure the acquisition of top-tier talent, fostering smooth onboarding processes.
* Enhance recruitment methodologies, contributing to the company's goal of driving green initiatives and innovation.
Requirements:
* Multiple years of recruitment experience within manufacturing environments.
* Utilize high-volume recruitment expertise to manage requisitions successfully and diversify talent pools across blue and white-collar roles.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ATS tools (SuccessFactors) to streamline hiring processes.
* Fluent level of Dutch and English
