You will also contribute to the implementation of changes in our local patient safety model as a result of Lundbeck’s new commercial footprint. This role offers an exciting chance to grow professionally and impact the future of our organization.

 

Your new role

As a Local Patient Support Professional, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring compliance with pharmacovigilance (PV) regulations. This position is ideal for someone with knowledge or experience in PV regulations, a strong quality mindset, and a focus on compliance. If you don’t have the knowledge or experience in PV, this is an opportunity to learn! You will be supporting local patient safety (LPS) operations across the globe through working closely with GPS colleagues, affiliates and vendors/partners. This role requires diligence, self-driven initiative, and teamwork.

The role is a temporary maternity cover for 12 months, preferably starting from 01 Nov 2025 or as soon as possible thereafter.

Global Patient Safety (GPS) Quality & Compliance (Q&C) is part of the GPS organization within Lundbeck R&D. GPS is responsible for the safety of patients using our medicinal products globally. We are approximately 100 dedicated colleagues working together in one global team across Denmark, Singapore, and the US.

The GPS Q&C department is responsible for ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements, quality standards, and best practices in pharmacovigilance across all GPS sites. We develop and implement metrics, maintain oversight of Lundbeck’s pharmacovigilance system, and collaborate cross-functionally to maintain compliance. In the months to come, we will embark on an exciting project to “make quality easy” by simplifying our Quality Management System across R&D.

The position is based in Valby, Denmark. Working from elsewhere is an option by will require a period of training/onboarding in Valby.

 

What you bring to the team

We are looking for candidates with:

-Knowledge or experience in pharmacovigilance regulations – or willingness to learn.
-A strong quality mindset and compliance focus.
-Diligence, self-drive, and a team-oriented attitude.
