Overview:
Pembina Pipeline Pembina Pipeline is seeking a Logistics Analyst to join the Conventional and Oil Sands Pipelines Business Unit in our Calgary corporate office. Reporting to the Supervisor, Logistics, the successful candidate will be a key member of the business unit’s LVP (Low Vapor Pressure) Logistics team, coordinating customer movements on Pembina’s Crude and Condensate pipeline systems.
Responsibilities may include but not limited to:
--Receive and review customer nominations for pipeline capacity planning;
-Develop and sustain strong relationships with internal operating and business groups, Shipper, Producers, and downstream connected delivery points;
-Complying with and actively participating in all industry-related COLC calendar deadlines, relating to tasks such as: Producer Activity Reports, Form As, Form Cs, pipeline splits, shipper drafts, shipper balances, and invoicing.
-Support the planning and alignment of outages with upstream/downstream customers and the engineering, operations, and outage teams;
-Demonstrate learning agility by actively seeking feedback, adapting to new information quickly, and applying learnings to improve performance and deliver results in a dynamic environment;

Qualifications:
--Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in a related field;
-5 years’ experience in pipeline logistics or scheduling;
-Strong knowledge of NGL and/or Crude Oil logistics combined with in-depth knowledge of pipeline operations;
-Proficient in MS Office with advanced Excel skills;
-Collaborative team player with effective verbal and written communication skills;
-Sound judgment and decision-making skills with demonstrated ability to be pro-active in identifying potential issues and providing solutions;
-Organized, detailed, analytical and able to consistently deliver accurate and timely information; and
-Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new tools, technologies, or processes and apply them effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Pembina’s Flexible Work Standard provides the option for eligible employees to work remotely on Fridays.
