Salary: Up to £60,000 basic (DOE)

We are looking for a confident and results-oriented Business Development Manager to take the lead in growing sales across our Powered Access equipment range. You’ll play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, developing long-term client relationships, and managing key accounts to increase market share in the region. It is essential that you have a strong background in Powered Access.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage a strong pipeline of new business opportunities
- Meet and exceed regional sales targets and KPIs
- Build and maintain relationships with contractors, facilities managers, and construction firms
- Offer expert consultation on powered access solutions tailored to client needs
- Work closely with operations and support teams to ensure excellent service delivery
The Ideal Candidate:
- Proven sales experience within the powered access sector
- Confident networker with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with excellent organisational and time management skills
- Full UK driving licence is essential
