Job Title: Retail Website Specialist
Department: Retail Operations
Reports To: Retail Field Operations Manager
FLSA Status: Regular-Exempt
ROLE SUMMARY:
The Retail Website Specialist is responsible for conducting daily quality assurance checks across all store websites in Arizona, Maryland, Ohio, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia. This role ensures pricing accuracy, promotional visibility, and assortment consistency across digital platforms. The specialist gathers and reports findings to relevant stakeholders to support timely corrections and strategic responses.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Analyze website and determine gaps in functionality and content and follow up on resolution
• Maintain daily logs of QA/QC and review findings with state leadership
• Escalate discrepancies and technical issues to appropriate teams. Coordinate with retail marketing, brand marketing, production, allocations, and retail operations
• Analyze KPIs and customer data platform metrics to recommend promotional strategies that drive optimal engagement and in-store traffic; work closely with key stakeholders to provide recommendations to maximize results.
• Collaborate with marketing and other cross-functional partners to ensure appropriate communication and retail support.
• Consistent review of competitor landscape including pricing and promotions.
• Assist and support marketing team with execution and deployment of website functionality
• Collaborate with leadership, marketing team, production, retail and compliance.
• Comply with all security policies/procedures.
• Conduct evaluations and analysis; report and share results and recommendations with sales team and marketing teams
• Successfully prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
• 1-3 years of experience in eCommerce, digital merchandising, or retail operations preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and consistency in daily task execution.
• Proficient in Office 365 (Excel, PowerPoint), BI tools (Power BI).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across departments and levels.
• Ability to work independently and manage routine workflows.
ADDITIONAL MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
• Must be able to pass a level 1 and level 2 background check.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must function independently, and have flexibility, personal integrity, and the ability to work effectively with residents, personnel, and support agencies.
• Must be able to relate to and work with patrons of different ages, abilities, and patrons that at times are experiencing emotional distress, or displaying a hostile attitude.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is:
• Occasionally required to move/traverse throughout entire facility, including tight spaces.
• Accurately communicate and exchange sensitive information and ideas with others, including members of the public; observe/inspect details at varying ranges; operate computing devices
• Occasionally required to manipulate objects of varying sizes and weights (e.g., products, packaging, tools, office machinery): push/pull objects up to 50lbs; lift/carry/position objects up to 50 lbs.; ascend/descend stool/ladder/steps; position self and/or objects at floor level (e.g., crouch, stoop, kneel, crawl).
• Must have visual and auditory acuity with or without aids to perform all functions of the position.
• Frequently required to remain in a seated position.
Work Schedule:
45+ hours weekly with flexible hours depending on business needs. Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
