Duties and Responsibilities

Identifies and helps to develop strategic relationships with current and potential customers. Works with sales and operations team to implement business development initiatives. Assist senior management in deal negotiations, contract development, due diligence, and other business development projects. Tracking and reporting on the status of all proposal components. Establishing and maintaining on-going client relationships with the various parties to anticipate and resolve potential problems. Participating in activities needed to support the management functions of the team. Manage and coordinate special projects and events to advance key business goals. Consistently achieve and exceed quotas and goals. Conduct yourself professionally and represent Impact Floors in a positive manner.

Education and Work Experience Requirements
High School Diploma or GED Equivalent Minimum 2-years sales/business development experience required. Ability to pass a background check and have less than 3 motor vehicle violations in the past 3 years. Must have reliable transportation, up to date auto insurance and valid driver's license
Physical Requirements
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift to 25 pounds at times.
